1. Intake Paperwork
The first step is the most important, in us understanding your prior health history, current health concerns, and any health goals. It is best to complete this intake paperwork prior to your first visit. There is a link below for the intake paperwork for adults or children.
2. Full Consultation
Once the intake paperwork is completed, a chiropractic assistant or doctor will complete a detailed consultation to better understand your previous and current health status as well as help you set future health goals.
3. Spine Analysis
After the consultation is completed, a doctor will conduct a full spinal assessment including leg length analysis to determine any structural imbalances putting excessive pressure on the body.
4. Needed X-Rays
At the conclusion of this visit, a doctor will perform any needed diagnostic x-rays to determine if our office can help you with chiropractic care. These x-rays are based on the intake paperwork, consultation, and findings during the spinal assessment.
